Follow these steps to remove blood stains from your clothes:

  1. Rinse the garment with cold water as soon as possible
  2. Pour a small amount of liquid laundry detergent into a cup
  3. Press the garment against the cup
  4. Flip them both to cover the stain with detergent (make sure to avoid contact with skin)
  5. Gently rub the detergent into the stain
  6. Let it soak in for a few minutes
  7. Wash the garment as usual, following the instructions on the label
