Follow these steps to remove grass stains from your clothing:

  1. Grab your liquid detergent
  2. Pour a small amount in a cup
  3. Press the shirt with the stain against the cup
  4. Flip them both to cover the stain with detergent (make sure to avoid contact with skin)
  5. Rub the detergent gently onto the stain
  6. If the stain has dried, pour some lukewarm water on it
  7. Check the care label if you can machine wash it and at what temperature
  8. If it’s 104 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, wash it on its own
  9. Machine wash it with high-quality detergent
